Simply put, I love working with my hands.
Art is in my family’s blood and that of my husband’s. My dad was a graphic designer early in his life, my mother loves design whether in clothing or in homes, my sister is an all around creative and my mother-in-law was an accomplished jeweler. After inheriting her jewelry studio, I attended a two-month metalsmithing intensive at Penland School of Craft where I learned to make engaging designs using centuries-old methods.
The result is a collection of bronze, silver, and 14k gold wearables that capture the spirit of family, simplicity, and artistic tradition.
You can find me teaching beginning jewelry workshops or in my studio in Brevard, North Carolina.
